I will have to check on that and let you know. I know we have a confirmed design for the double DIN frame, but I dont know if that will transfer over to the BBN as well.

my only concern is that the PCB of the monitor is bigger than BBN and just wont fit. I'm sure it doesn't align exactly with BBN mounts and I'm ok with that since I can just glue / file all the necessary parts. So my main question is if this new monitor physically fits within BBN. If it does - I'm clicking that Buy button

The LCD panel in the mini touch is exactly the same as what Lilliput uses in the 669 so the panel will fit. Your issue is going to be with the control board. You are going to have to get the proper H bracket for the Mini Touch to mount the control board. We have a batch of those coming in early next week.

They came in yesterday. I was going to get them up last night but got last minute center ice box seats for the Flyers game. I will get them up tonight or tomorrow.

Awesome, please let us know if they work. I already purchased the monitor, but probably should have asked if it's possible to adjust the hardware brightness of it over USB? Since I'm going to build it into the black box enclosure, I won't be able to adjust the brightness by hand anymore.

    H Bracket Update
I have decided for various reasons that it will just be to difficult for end users to convert the Mini Touch 700 into a double DIN frame. What we have decided to do is to offer a DIY kit will all of the hardware you need to build your own, basically all of the monitor parts, custom H bracket, and Bybyte frame. We will also offer a completely assembled version for anyone who doesn't feel like putting it together. We will start offering them for sale in about 10-12 days.
    Pricing Update
Due to the popularity of the Mini Touch we have decided to lower the price to $139.99. The DIY double DIN kit will be priced at about $180 and the pre built one will come in around $200.
