Calibration values for most lilliputs are already pre loaded, so something should at least work. iPads weren't really expected to be used with the mimics, but it does work. I will upload a different firmware for the iPad as the target resolution for iPad is disabled in the current firmware. I will PM you as soon as I upload/post it.

Did you try to use it before your calibrated, or did you calibrate it first?

So far if your android is rooted it should work with a slight mimics firmware upgrade. You need to be rooted with the cyanogen mod. We all know how everyone hates to jailbreak/root their phones though!!

I have 3 androids phones arriving soon, and i will do some tests to confirm.

I should have the results within the next few days.

Awsome, I have no problem rooting or installing cyanogen, in fact I want to install it but from what I read it doesnt work so well on the Galaxy SII yet but they are working on it. I dont have it yet anyway since there is no providers for GS2 in the US yet but I am thinking about getting a unlocked one and using it on ATT since it supports their HSDPA+ network. But I did read that Sprint announced the WithIn wich is the GS2 rebrand so if it does come out by the end of the month I will get that. If I get mimics now can it be upgraded with just firmware to support android? I have a iPhone now so I can use it untill I get the new phone. also is there anyway to use it with both? Not at the same time of course but support iPhone and Android? Maybe get 2 modules with a Y cable or something? My wife has a iPhone and wont get rid of it so if I could use it with both that would be perfect.

Let me confirm how well I can make the android perform with the mimics. I know so far it wont integrate as seamlessly as the iphone as more work is required on the android end. When my androids come in i will post results. So far, just a firmware upgrade should do the trick (fingers crossed).

Cool, I will keep my eye open, if you need someone to test it let me know I will be more then happy to try it when I get my phone.

you should be able to use both iPhone and Android, Mimics will know how to interact with the phone regardless of the phone (once customGadz confirms it works) and then its just switching your display after that.

That would be nice, like I said I will keep my eye out for info and order one as soon as it is confirmed working and there is a cyanogen mod for the phone if its not needed.
