    Problem with contacting mp3car

I have recently bought the DSX12VD and its not working as it should. On Sunday i mailed the problem to both Orders@mp3car.com and store@mp3car.com but no replay yet.
Is there a different mail-adres for problems at the mp3car shop?

store@mp3car.com is the correct address. You should get a response within a few days. I know they are sorting out a few internal issues, but I am sure that will get to you soon.

I got a mail on friday. Replyd it (friday). But on monday no answer.
It almost seems like my mail is blocked as spam or something, that would explain the not answering part.
To be on the save sight, when I am home, I’ll post the mail in this thread.

    rijk,

I believe that your spam filter may be blocking the replies I am sending you. I am sending a PM to get this issue solved.
