Sympathetic crowd? I don't care about the crowd. This was for
MP3Car. It could have been taken care of in private except for 3 things.
1. Only one phone number and it goes to the problem area.
2. Only one e-mail address and it goes to the problem area.
3. Customer service (who this was for) ASKED for problems to be listed so they can fix it.
So no, I don't care about the crowd until someone calls me a liar.
So far EVERYONE has responded saying the shipping was my fault. Not ONE PERSON has responded to them telling me a lie. Not one of you has yet to respond saying ,wow, that is poor service. Now lets look at something, shall we?
This "hobby" is about to turn into a multi-billion dollar business. You have every auto manufacturer and even microsoft trying to catch up to us. If you have poor customer service are poor business practices, they will run over and leave nothing but a bloody pile of flesh in their wake. And quite frankly, I don't want to be TOLD what I can and cannot have in my car.
Speak with my dollars???? Why? If there is only one bad
apple in a company that shows massive promise, why keep quiet and leave?
So who is really doing the better thing for the company here? Me, telling them they have a problem? Or you, telling me to ignore the problem?
No, I don't give a dang what anyone other than MP3Car think about this thread or the post.
