Perceived by some as misrepresenting a product?
If it doesn't say it's a used panel, that's false advertising no matter how you look at it.

have u tried calling the store for a replacement? unit might have got scratched accidentally.

Definately ring / email the store. I am sure they will sort it out for you.

You think it is used..... It could be a scratch from the factory. Call the store or email before you go shouting and attempting to get a mob to support you.

the pitchfork guy has a bad eye problem and needs to be replaced.

I bought a 40" LCD for my home, factory sealed....and it was scratched to hell. Doesnt mean it was used. Scratches can go unnoticed during the manufacturing process.
