Actually, wouldnt selling an item that is only worth half the price you are listing it for, be screwing the customer? I understand you are a small business owner and "walmart" is just the type of business that is making it hard on the little man. However you have to think outside the box, if you want to succeed, you have to offer products and services that the walmarts out there dont have and you know this being a person of an entrepreneurial stature. The customer is not screwing you, you are screwing yourself and the customer with price gouging, eventually no matter how good your services are, the customer is going to catch on to how much more they are paying for the products they get with your particular service. Would you pay an extra $1500 dollars to a ma and pa shop for fixing your car, when you can go up the street and have an ASE certified mechanic do the same work minus the extra $1500. no government bailouts for small businesses with little or no clientele... its not rocket science, and im sure the average 4 year old can grasp the concept of being ripped off
