Links? Dates? Yeah, their service used to be lacking quite a bit, but I have seen no complaints for quite a while now. I'm inclined to believe you're basing your opinion on stale information.

Well, you did want it as cheap and as fast as possible right? You said yourself you saved a whole $7 by buying from mp3car. Now I'm not trying to offend, that was never my intention. I'm just trying to illustrate a point, and you happened to fit in my illustration.

Deep down inside I don't know you, or your intentions. I have no idea why you would have purchased from mp3car.

So what if their products are overpriced? You don't have to buy from them.

The customer service is non-existent? That's odd, seeings as how Heather seems to be all over this board helping people with issues, returns, order info, etc. Perhaps you should open your eyes and let that 4-year-old chip on your shoulder down for a minute.
Actually, wouldnt selling an item that is only worth half the price you are listing it for, be screwing the customer? I understand you are a small business owner and "walmart" is just the type of business that is making it hard on the little man. However you have to think outside the box, if you want to succeed, you have to offer products and services that the walmarts out there dont have and you know this being a person of an entrepreneurial stature. The customer is not screwing you, you are screwing yourself and the customer with price gouging, eventually no matter how good your services are, the customer is going to catch on to how much more they are paying for the products they get with your particular service. Would you pay an extra $1500 dollars to a ma and pa shop for fixing your car, when you can go up the street and have an ASE certified mechanic do the same work minus the extra $1500. no government bailouts for small businesses with little or no clientele... its not rocket science, and im sure the average 4 year old can grasp the concept of being ripped off

Depends on the value-added services that come with the original product. Walmart offers none, just a standard return policy. Now, I have no idea what mp3car does to go above and beyond "the other guy", but it's gotta be something. All I can think of off the top of my head is providing the forum here so we can argue in the first place.

I guess this is where you and I differ. I would probably pay the extra $1500 to get my auto repaired at a ma and pa shop if I knew the service would be better, because that's smart money saved down the road. Plus they'd be more inclined to help if something else went wrong that was related to the original problem. No faceless corporation I've ever dealt with would do that for me.

ASE certified means nothing to me... just as all the techs at Best Buy are "certified", I'm constantly fixing their "fixes". A piece of paper shows nothing other than you passed a test. It shows nothing for real world experience which makes a huge difference.

I'll be honest with you, I'm having fun... but I do like to argue.

Have you tried PM'ing Heather? http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/priv...newpm&u=135017

Don't forget to include your order number if you received one.

No I sent the standard "contact us" on Friday night. I figured that'd be enough.
