Online Download Ordering/Software?

I ordered software for immediate download and the order says processing??. I figured I couldn't go wrong with this as ordering hardware and returning it in the past has been a night mare with MP3car. I love the forums, really not a fan of the store. I ordered a defective M4ATX 2 years ago, returned it and MP3car NEVER refunded the monies to me to this day, and I never received emails back when I asked why.. I swore I'd stay away, and should have. My credit card has already been charged and my download is no where to be found and still says processing. I really wish you guys could get it together by know.

i have no affiliation with mp3car store or site but i have found in online purchases sometimes the card verification company is what is taking the time even though your card has been charged because i really doubt mp3car does human processing of software purchases hope this helps ease the pain abit SNO

Thanks for the response. I understand someone is not sitting there waiting to click "OK", but I have done several online orders for downloads and never had to wait for processing. My card is charged, no pending, charged. The only reason I even bought it from the store is it was 7 dollars off the Developers website. I should have spent the 7 and saved the headache like have done with hard ware in the past. I really wish I could endorse and support MP3car.com and give them all of my CarPC business. I go out of my way to give my business to companies and stores that stand out. Unfortunately my past experiences have never placed MP3car.com in that category. I just spent 100.00 on a Scantool OBD device. I bought it from Amazon even though more expensive. It is clear MP3car. store is not capable or staffed enough to handle what is on their website. If one guy goes on vacation the store practically shuts down.

Well you could always download from Palmer Performance, and then dispute the mp3car charge with your credit card company.

Any way to check the status of your order and see if it is still processing. Have you received the confirmation email from mp3car.

Got a confirmation email. It is very vague and offers no instruction to how or when I'd receive my product key/download. It acts as if it is shipped item. This is a bit ridiculous.

Well, I am going to bed, this is not making me very happy, had hoped to have the software on a trip tomorrow, but I am certainly more angry at myself than anything. I'm out $150.00 from 2 years ago because MP3 car took a return and didn't refund and ignored me, and I came back and still tried to buy something. I am seriously not trying to bash MP3 car as a whole, without it I'd be lost. I truly believe the staff makes valid attempts to provide good service but is very understaffed. Rather than add help to the dedicated few MP3 car banks on the masses of loyalty when it has these short comings. People willfully jump in and defend and I have to give MP3 car credit for that, it allows for a much larger margin of error. Hopefully I will get my download. I am officially never going to deal with MP3 car's store again. You have lost a past customer who has dealt a lot out of his pocket to you, and potential future business. I hope they work harder on prevention of these issues and improvements rather than using damage control. It's a temporary fix but it doesn't stop the bleeding. Good luck.

Well I feel for you. Hopefully you will wake up in the morning, and have your product key. If you havent already you can download from Palmer Performance and at least have the software installed and waiting for your product key arrival.

You paid $150 for a M4 two years ago, hahahaha, you got ripped off from the beginning buddy, as far as the software, anything i have paid for and downloaded online i got instantly, sounds like they know they can get one over on you. Sorry sucks!!!!
