bad mp3car store customer service?
i'm not sure what's going on. since monday, i've sent the store numerous emails, PMed Jenson, and still have heard nothing, not even an automated response. i've even tried calling but i've lost the extensions.
when i ordered centrafuse, i was never given a proper download link, nor was anything mentioned in the notes. when i ask someone at the store about it, i get ignored.
i'm not happy about the situation at all. i've spent quite a bit over the last 5ish years on their store and have never had an issue at all, so why all of a sudden the bad customer service?
can anyone provide me with a phone number or something i can get ahold of someone about this please?
