    bad mp3car store customer service?

    i'm not sure what's going on. since monday, i've sent the store numerous emails, PMed Jenson, and still have heard nothing, not even an automated response. i've even tried calling but i've lost the extensions.

    when i ordered centrafuse, i was never given a proper download link, nor was anything mentioned in the notes. when i ask someone at the store about it, i get ignored.

    i'm not happy about the situation at all. i've spent quite a bit over the last 5ish years on their store and have never had an issue at all, so why all of a sudden the bad customer service?

    can anyone provide me with a phone number or something i can get ahold of someone about this please?

    i just have my invoice and shipping stuff, it shows centrafuse as "shipped". i considered contacting centrafuse but i didn't think they'd honor an invoice. might as well give it a try.

    Very sorry for the late reply. We upgraded some of our office network equipment which broke the mail link between our store and the mail server preventing mail from being sent or received, which is why it took so long to get back to you. I've now sent you your Centrafuse license through our store email system and credited you $50 for the inconvenience.

    Once again, I'm very sorry for the delay and thanks for your patience and understanding.

    What customer service? I've never received an email response to even simple questions about products I ordered.

    Unfortunately I had an issue with their customer service as well. I accidentally ordered 2 M4 power supplies, and tried to contact them to return one. They never responded to my 2 or 3 emails that I sent, so I ended up selling it for a loss to a friend....

    I missed the delivery and will me the next 2 attempts. I did call twice UPS and was twice told that the shipper restricted the options for customers to take delivery of their products, meaning I cannot pick it up in person at the UPS facility. So I am not sure what security measures these are, I understand requiring a signature for delivery, but am I not signing for receipt of the product when I pick it up at UPS?

    I was also unable to figure out which phone to call. Over the years, ordering my xenarc and my carnetix psu and other little bits there was always a phone number listed as contact. Not anymore.
    I left my contact number in a email. I hope someone calls me up.

    Well, whatever the mix-up was, I was able to retrieve my product tonight. Stephen of MP3CAR.com called UPS and and then UPS called me back stating they will make the product available for in person pickup later tonight. So while I do thank Stephen and MP3CAR for solving the issue within 24 hours, I do recommend they look into the shipping options and the boxes they check when they ship out products.
