Workin on Mp3Car.com New Banner

what you guys think about this mp3car banner style??

I want every opinions good and bad.

Version 1 :

Both look too washed out. More so the second one

I like #1, but too washed out...

btw - I edited the first post to include the first link in the media tags.

The media player on the forums can show flash files btw.
