I order the bundles from here to help out the community and to have a one stop shop for my items. Recently I've been having issues with their customer service.
1st- I ordered a bundle that included the HQCT, nothing was out of stock. A couple of days later I get a call saying that the HQCT was out of stock, sorry, etc. I say ok, how long will it take to get here, they say a week or two. I ended up waiting over a month for the HQCT to come in.
2nd- I ordered another bundle, nothing out of stock, and don't hear anything. I checked my order a few days ago and saw that it was under PENDING status. I called and spoke with the "Manager" and he informs me that the case is out of stock. I ordered this 10 days ago!!!! No one called me, emailed me, nothing.
So, this "Manager" tells me that I can have the VoomPC 2 case at no extra charge but I have to wait. I declined since that case is bigger and taller. He then tells me that he can't do anything else and that I would have to re order everything again separately. I tell him, I have been waiting for ten days, why don't you just take off the case and send me everything else? I would think there would not have been a problem since he was offering the more expensive case at no extra charge. But no, this guy didn't want to do it and I couldn't speak to a manager because apparently HE IS THE MANAGER and anyone above him are not there.
To end this, this guy was happy to hear from me to cancel my entire order, because he just didn't want to deal with the situation.
And someone is trying to stop this from being posted because the post keeps getting deleted without anyone letting me know.
