    Ordered a complete system and...

    I order the bundles from here to help out the community and to have a one stop shop for my items. Recently I've been having issues with their customer service.

    1st- I ordered a bundle that included the HQCT, nothing was out of stock. A couple of days later I get a call saying that the HQCT was out of stock, sorry, etc. I say ok, how long will it take to get here, they say a week or two. I ended up waiting over a month for the HQCT to come in.

    2nd- I ordered another bundle, nothing out of stock, and don't hear anything. I checked my order a few days ago and saw that it was under PENDING status. I called and spoke with the "Manager" and he informs me that the case is out of stock. I ordered this 10 days ago!!!! No one called me, emailed me, nothing.

    So, this "Manager" tells me that I can have the VoomPC 2 case at no extra charge but I have to wait. I declined since that case is bigger and taller. He then tells me that he can't do anything else and that I would have to re order everything again separately. I tell him, I have been waiting for ten days, why don't you just take off the case and send me everything else? I would think there would not have been a problem since he was offering the more expensive case at no extra charge. But no, this guy didn't want to do it and I couldn't speak to a manager because apparently HE IS THE MANAGER and anyone above him are not there.

    To end this, this guy was happy to hear from me to cancel my entire order, because he just didn't want to deal with the situation.

    And someone is trying to stop this from being posted because the post keeps getting deleted without anyone letting me know.

    Sucks you had a bad experience, but I bet the majority of people have good ones. Seems like you just have bad luck. You also keep crosspositng about these little things. The HQCT problem you are having which is just a software config issue on your side is in at least 2 places. I have seen this same message 2 or 3 times now.

    And they can delete whatever they want. This isnt a democracy, you have no freedom of speech. They can stifle whomever for whatever reason as they see fit. If the situation is resolved I see no point in continuing this...

    The situation was not resolved. I had no choice. This guys just kept saying, "I don't know what to tell you."

    I can tell you now that anytime I am on the phone with someone that says "can I speak with your manager" I take it personally, and would rather have no contact with you and loose money than to appease you. It is just respect to the person you are talking to, and I find it mostly happens in the US.

    And it is resolved. You voided the contract. You changed the contract from money for goods to no money for no goods and that what you have. You have your money, and you have no goods. Resolved.

    I suggest in the future to not ask for a manager. The person you are speaking to may be the manager. And if they cannot do something, they will tell you on their own time and get their manager if a problem exists that they need permission to resolve. They wouldnt be working there unless they knew what they were doing. I have worked in fast food and other small odd jobs and everytime I hear the phrase "can I speak with your manager" immediately my wanting to help or resolve it best goes right out the window, and I go into "get the **** away from me" mode where I will hang up or tell you to leave the store as soon as I can.

    I am not sayng the mp3car staff was trying to get rid of you, but personally that is how I and many others I know do things.

    I am sure if you offered to pay for shipping of 2 packages, they would have agreed to send 2 packages. In your checkout (contract) you selected 1 shipping method and were charged 1 time. It is not your place to demand 2 shipping methods for the same price of 1.

    He even offered you a newer more expensive case. And keep in mind that the cost you see isn't their cost. Shipping is 100% loss. Price difference in merchandise might actually be nothing to very small.

    THat is BS. They were moderated due to key words that the posts contained. After I changed what I figured were the key words, the post were posted.

    If this is how you think of customer service, then you shouldn’t be in a position of that sort. I work in Field Support and there is no way this kind of Customer Service would fly. I never ask for a damm manager unless the 12yr old that I’m speaking to is not giving me any other options. This guy was only trying to get rid of me and I had no option but to request for the ordered to be canceled. As soon as I said cancel it, he said ok, bye.

    What the hell are you talking about? They didn’t have the item and I just requested for it to be removed from the total price and ship everything else. You really are being biased and this situation, I wonder why?

    I must have misread. I thought you wanted everything to ship, and then later when the other item was in stock, ship that item. No? If not then disregard that. The rest I still stand by.

    And my bias comes from working with the general public quite a bit, and sort of a built of frustration with people's general lack of respect towards others.

    And no I dont work for and am not affiliated with mp3car at all. I just post here.

    no, you changed the sub forum where you were posting them. Like I said before, some sub forums have moderation features where every new thread is moderated. you were posting in the store forum and the two threads were moderated. You then posted in the general mp3car forum and they weren't moderated. They were not moderated because of certain key words....believe me.

    I have every right to request to speak with a Manager if the service rep is not working towards a feasible solution. This guys just said, "I don't know what to tell you", "There is really no one else can do for you", etc. when I kept asking for the manager. He finally said that he was the manager and I just laughed.

    Of course people are going to be frustrated when they are being placed at fault of something that the store did. It was their mistake and they should have fixed it instead of throwing the bone to me. Customer service is a skill that this person really didn't have.
