Post Message Timeout

Sorry! The administrator has specified that users can only post one message every 60 seconds.

Can you move this to 15 seconds ?
It is very annoying ! 60 seconds !

What is the point of having it set so high ? It wasn't this high before and it wasn't a problem.

I am getting this message when I shouldn't.

I tried to send a PM yesterday and I made a post today and got this message. The funny thing is that the PM and the post actually went through! There is something funky happening..

Today I was replying to a guy in my project thread. I typed a short response and pressed 'post quick reply' I got a page back that said I could only post once every 60 seconds with a form to resubmit the post. I opened a new window and pulled up the thread and saw that the post had been made!

As I said, a similar thing happened to me yesterday trying to send a PM. I hope I did not end up sending 6 or so!
