I'm not serious..just bringing up a point. MP3car has become far from MP3car now! It seems to be the number one place for in-car computer resources. You guys should consider a name change moving forward.
When I first started working on a carPC I stumbled onto this site at least 20 times and every time never read further cause I just thought "ahh, I don't want an MP3 car..I want the whole package!" To me, when I think of an "MP3 car" I pucture an idea I had when MP3 players first came out..you have a portable mp3 player and a stereo with an aux input. You come up with a decent looking mount and plug an audio wire in. What almost everyone on here is doing is far beyond that! And probably 5% or less are running mp3-only set ups.
Hell, I bet there are even people on here who can't even play MP3s - the cars with Playstations. But they still have a home at mp3car.com!
