I think it would be a good idea to add a forum for hardware reviews, as many people out there are prone to purchase just what they hear without reading any good reviews. This would also allow for cataloging error/problems with different peices of equipment and/or combinations.

Maybe as a subforum of General Hardware, but as a main forum, I don't think it's a good idea.
