I guess it boild down to this. Do you want the Newbies to understand the issues, or let them find out the hard way. They look to the other members to get the scoop, so they dont make a mistake. If we ignore the issues, we are not helping anyone.

And when a company know matter what the size is shows they can't give me that service then I won't buy from them. I don't care if its a mom and pop shop or a company as big as Best Western(which is the reason I don't stay at Best Western anymore). If you can't deliver as promised then you better let me know as soon as you know and why. And suppliers problems aren't my concern. If your suppliers continually don't come through for you then its time to find new suppliers. And being to busy isn't an excuse either. If you can't handle the workload then either get more people or don't take the orders. Plain and simple.

    A thought for the day:

It is human nature to focus on the negative, people take the positive for granted. Whenever I see a report of a negative experience I usually think about all the positive experiences that have probably occured and not been mentioned.

    I totaly agree...

I havent dealt with Armen before so I cant say much about him...I will however say where his problem maybe based on what I see on the forum

To get into this situation where customer are complaning and such then theres obviously a problem. It is true that its not always his fault but customer doesnt like to hear these things...the post can be blamed, the supplier or whatever, consumer just hate to hear this.

I know it may be hard for him to change to a more reliable supplier...but if this is going to kill his business with the way it is now then he might as well not sell GAIN products at all.

Regarding being busy...is no excuse to the customer either. Yeah true this happen once in a while that its so hectic things just get forgoten. But you simply cant keep using this same lame excuse that customer started to notice. Beside if one person running the place and cant cope...dont you think it all make sense to employ someone to help out.

I can understand his situation, I know its hard...and Im sure he work hard to keep the customer happy. But I think he better do something quickly before it ruins everthing.

Reliabilty and good communication is probably the most important things customer would like to see.

    A little story :

I was with a friend once looking for a satellite receiver. One shop sell it for £300 but didnt have the stock. So we went to another shop, he said hes selling one for £325 and have plenty. We said but the other shop is only selling for £290 ...he then said ok go but has he got it in stock? We just all went quite and bought it for £325 cause we knew the £300 stock wont be available until next 2 weeks.

The point is...Ill rather pay more to get my item the next day than get it next months. Im sure most would also like it this way.

It all depends on what the man wants for his business, if he's happy to stay as a one-man-band with a few customers, then so be it. If the few are happy, then they will return for more and recommend him to their friends etc. and he'll grow slowly.

True but thats only if hes happy to get a bad reputations. Aparently it is very important to listen to customers if they are to be kept. This board is probably known around the world and most of his customer must have been here...seeing negative things about him dont look good to people who never dealt with him.

It is for his own interest to do something about it. But as you said it is entirely up to him how he run it.

You (arkadiyp) mislead him in everything you said. Both Lilliput and Xenarc monitors use the same kits as you can order on our website. You can add a touch screen to any monitor, both VGA and Composite. People have been doing this for years. Try not to answer if you don’t really know. Also I don’t “fall off a face of the earth for extended periods of time”. This is just not true and you are misleading him again.

Later in the tread Dug comes in again and has more BS to say about me – “DigitalWW is a waste of your time and money.....” Not true. I will not take your money unless I have something to send you in return. I make sure I stick to this policy everyday.

Hello Factually INCORRECT Armen, nice to see you want to twist my words again and make up stuff.... do you think I am stupid and can't read.....

Please show anywhere in that post where I say "DigitalWW is a waste of your time and money.....” ....

Other than that I will not agrue these mindless points with you, it is not worth my time....

Take care and good luck with the business....
