Look, lets please try to put this flaming thread out...
I have only one last thing to say and then I'm done.
Armen, in your message you said:
As I said in another thread, you were very helpful and did work with me to help me get what I wanted in the end. I'm eagerly awaiting my display (should arrive on Monday) and I'm fairly confident that it will be of high quality when I get it. But to say that "There is no problem here" isn't quite correct. I think its worth bringing up how our transaction went.I got back with you and you were able to change your order and in the end were satisfied with the transaction. There is no problem here.

At the end of the fourth business day I tried to get my tracking number. I first tried the tracking option on your website, but there was no option for DWW-7VGA. I next tried over the phone, but your voicemail box was full and I couldn't leave a message. My last resort was e-mail, to which you did reply. The message stated that you were still waiting for modules to arrive "sometime next week".
... Time passes ...

It's now over two weeks since the last contact by you. Even though I have left several voicemails and sent even more e-mails you do not respond. You are correct that you haven't charged my credit card, but that doesn't mean I'm not wondering what the heck happened to my order. Finally, on the 11th, you send a mass-email to everyone letting them know that the VGA modules will arrive the following day. Now you start responding to e-mails again.

Since you stated that the displays will be sent "first come, first serve" I e-mail you asking where I am in line. YOu do reply that I am "24th in the line" and that my monitor will ship Thursday.

I write to you concerned that the display will not be bright enough for me in sunny Houston. You make me a great deal and let me swap the original for a Lilliput. This even saves me money! Great news!

I receive an e-mail from you telling me that the display will ship the next day. I also receive the tracking number.
So my business transaction with you ended on a high note. But I really hope you can see how frustrating it is to not get any updates for over two weeks -- especially when my original order stated that it would ship in four days. I understand that you're a busy guy and I understand that your supplier is not dependable, but that is no reason (to me) to not reply to the customer while they're waiting.
That's it. I've spoken my piece. My display arrives Monday and I don't expect any trouble with it. Good luck to you Armen. I am telling others about your displays and you may see my business return in the future.
