Ok, while I usually don't agree with the closure of threads like that, especially in the way the last post was phrased, I must say in that case I requested it to be closed. If people continue to have issues with DigitalWW then start a new thread. I have received my package today, and thus, the thread that I started is now irrelevant. So start a new one and discuss things!

Red face Everyone please settle down...

Look, lets please try to put this flaming thread out...

I have only one last thing to say and then I'm done.

Armen, in your message you said:

I got back with you and you were able to change your order and in the end were satisfied with the transaction. There is no problem here.
As I said in another thread, you were very helpful and did work with me to help me get what I wanted in the end. I'm eagerly awaiting my display (should arrive on Monday) and I'm fairly confident that it will be of high quality when I get it. But to say that "There is no problem here" isn't quite correct. I think its worth bringing up how our transaction went.

3/21/2004 07:20 PM (0 Days past order date)
Order placed. Credit card pre-authorization received in e-mail.

3/21/2004 08:32 PM (0 Days past order date)
Receipt Received. Both receipt and website state: "LEAD TIME IS 3-4 FROM ORDER DATE"

3/26/2004 03:49 PM (5 days past order date)
At the end of the fourth business day I tried to get my tracking number. I first tried the tracking option on your website, but there was no option for DWW-7VGA. I next tried over the phone, but your voicemail box was full and I couldn't leave a message. My last resort was e-mail, to which you did reply. The message stated that you were still waiting for modules to arrive "sometime next week".

    ... Time passes ...

4/11/2004 12:26 AM (21 days past order date)
It's now over two weeks since the last contact by you. Even though I have left several voicemails and sent even more e-mails you do not respond. You are correct that you haven't charged my credit card, but that doesn't mean I'm not wondering what the heck happened to my order. Finally, on the 11th, you send a mass-email to everyone letting them know that the VGA modules will arrive the following day. Now you start responding to e-mails again.

4/12/2004 10:46 AM (22 days past order date)
Since you stated that the displays will be sent "first come, first serve" I e-mail you asking where I am in line. YOu do reply that I am "24th in the line" and that my monitor will ship Thursday.

4/13/2004 11:44 PM (23 days past order date)
I write to you concerned that the display will not be bright enough for me in sunny Houston. You make me a great deal and let me swap the original for a Lilliput. This even saves me money! Great news!

4/14/2004 11:08 PM (24 days past order date)
I receive an e-mail from you telling me that the display will ship the next day. I also receive the tracking number.

So my business transaction with you ended on a high note. But I really hope you can see how frustrating it is to not get any updates for over two weeks -- especially when my original order stated that it would ship in four days. I understand that you're a busy guy and I understand that your supplier is not dependable, but that is no reason (to me) to not reply to the customer while they're waiting.

That's it. I've spoken my piece. My display arrives Monday and I don't expect any trouble with it. Good luck to you Armen. I am telling others about your displays and you may see my business return in the future.

    eXe

That post being Touchscreen...built in or seperate? , which is a topic entitled "Touchscreen...built in or seperate?"

NOT post http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/sho...50&postcount=27, which is in a topic entitled "Directed to DigitalWW"

As I stated above, I am not stupid.... I read things very percisely and I state things very percisely (now spelling that is another deal).... And I stand behind EVERYTHING I say...... They are opinions, and I always state that, but they are my opinions and obviously they are shared by others here (not all, but many others here)...

How closely does the propriator of DigitalWW read things and state things... Again ARMEN, show me where in that post I state anything about you.....

Any by the way, eCar.... no drinking involved in these feelings, cast the first stone only when you are clear of sin....

But ya know, I am not surprised the mods and admins of this forum are so ready to jump to the defense of a paying vendor... I myself run an internet forum, but unlike this one it is totally open to all opinions and we accept no advertising, no PayPal donations, no nothing other than the free exchange of ideas and thoughts.. I pay for all aspects of it from my pocket, I spend hours keeping it going and interesting.... but to each his own....

As for closing this topic as several have stated should be done... I am up for that... I am sure within a few weeks there will be another one dealing WITH THE SAME TOPIC to give my opinions on again....

I take it as an isult and explained why in this same thread, which he read since then, but chose not to say anything and thats fine. I would also be curious to find out if since he majesty's return he has sent explanation e-mails to anyone (better late then never).

You are a very smart individual arkadiyp..... I agree I get a little "overboard" with certain things, but what I am impressed by in you comment above is ......

"Also it only took Armen 2 days since the "*****ing" started to return to the board and proceed to insult me." ..... you are so right.... I have noticed that everytime one of the DigitalWW negative posts come up.... because Armen is SO busy he can't send emails to let his customer know what is going on.... he is ALWAYS there to defend himself on this forum....

I too have noticed that and find it really interesting..... Kind of a conflicting situation if you ask me...

Sorry to be a pain in the *** multiple poster, but I just want to cover one more idea here....

Armen, you consistently state that I have never dealt with you, so I do not have the right to develop and opinion on you based on other's experiences with you...so I would like to order something from you.... anything.... let me have the pleasure of a first hand experience with DigitalWW....

I am serious.... let me know what I can order from you....

I really want to earn the right to have an opinion of DigitalWW....

Not throwing any stones. I misunderstood you. What does the phrase, Three sheets to the wind mean to you? Click it to see what it means to most people (myself included). I wasn't trying to call you an alcoholic or anything.
