Is anybody besides me having problems accessing the site? When I try from home for the past week I just get the dreaded "Site Can't be Found" error.... hasn't worked from home since last Wednesday I think.
But it works fine from work, which is where I am typing this from....
Any ideas???
Your ISP's DNS servers may have changed.
Hmmm when I try to ping the site it comes up as unreachable, but I can access it. weird
enforcer: we don't route icmp :)
Well this is getting wierd.... Had the "Server Can't Be found...." Error message for most of the begining of last week.... I had no problem accessing the site from work, but nothing but "Serve not found...." from home....
Well this past Friday it starting working fine from home.... went right to the site.... Then Saturday is went back to "Server not found...."
I spent about 1 hr. on the phone with SBC tech support and they basically had no clue what would be causing just some sites not to come up....
The sites for me that would not connect were
which was really ****ing me off, cause I wanted to get some stuff with the carPC done.....
Now any other sites I tried came right up... called a friend in VA and had them try two of these sites at the same time and they came right up....
Any ideas????
well mp3car.com and natwilson.com seem to be hosted by the same ISP
the other one isn't so I don't see why you are having a problem there.
Enforcer: yes we host both mp3car.com and natwilson.com (zip-lock's personal site) I have no idea why you can't get to us from your home connection
open up a dos prompt and try
it may be either a dns problem or a routing issue
techm3, I can get to both no probs.
tracert fails at 126.96.36.199 for both.
yeah that's the border on the network I would expect your trace to fail there.
Dug1967: try the above... oddly enough the server mp3car.com lives on is in houston and so are you... you should have a nice route to it
