cant you just go to the forum home page and click 'New Posts'?
I have been around here a while and make an effort to jump on the site every day or two (at least) and answer questions (lest I get even more PM's and emails from people asking them).. I like to browse the "Last 10" posts on the front page to see where the current activity is and jump in.
Problem is that 10 posts aren't really enough sometimes.. since I don't have time to dig around the subforums, I'm missing a lot of the discussion. It would be nice if this list could be extended a little bit to maybe 20 or 30 recent posts.

The problem with the 'New Posts' button is that you only get to see the posts once. If you click on New Posts you get to see all the new posts since you last clicked on it. If you leave for some reason and haven't looked at all of the posts, they will not be there when you come back (this is if you are logged in).

That's because it's 'new posts' since you were last there!Originally Posted by Quattro-A4

It should be the same way as when you are not logged in. Then you get to see all the posts for the whole day and they are not reset if you leave the site.
