Thanks for your comments, i've taken your advice, here it is with the Mp3 in orange, I think it looks better. I don't want to post this on the main logo page because it's similar to my first version, I remember someone saying not to upload similar versions...?
I've also left out the tagline for now, cos I can't think of a good one ?? but there's room at the bottom or top right-hand corner.

Some ppl have talk about this one:

Its seem to have some things in common with this one:

I think that mp3car logo must be original, not like another one, that's my opinion anyway its good.

Much better. MP3 nice and orange, car nice and metallic. But you do need a decent slogan underneath. Maybe try an option with no background for making window stickers etc.

The shape and colors are taken from the typical american traffic sign. It's logical that there are logos with the same shape around the world... It's only an opinion!
