the only point of this seems to be if there is an un-active member who obviously has no desire to use the forum and had a username you want.

I know of someone who is on this board who took 12 months for his frist post. He spent all that time researching and finding answers to his questions. IMHO he has done an excellent job on his install.

Just beacuse people don't post doesn't mean they should be excluded. Maybe they should be sent a reminder email first to see if they are still using the board, then delete their account.

We thought about deleting old users a while back, but decided against it. Some people just don’t post.

but they might just not be able to afford and internet connection, or have been kidnapped, ot in an accident and in a coma. And whent hey come back they will think we have abandoned them
