I know of someone who is on this board who took 12 months for his frist post. He spent all that time researching and finding answers to his questions. IMHO he has done an excellent job on his install.
Just beacuse people don't post doesn't mean they should be excluded. Maybe they should be sent a reminder email first to see if they are still using the board, then delete their account.
