ok we have the logic with the forum to find similar threads when browsing why not use that when posting as well?
it can be a feature that will be user selectable meaning you can go into your profile and turn it off if you wish but default will be set to on.
afterall how many people will modify thier settings all that much before posting an uninformed thread.
simply a popup javascript window or similar set to search based on the content of the post title window after its tabbed off of. TRUE or FALSE based on the setting
good or bad idea?

Any ideas for putting a PC in this? :)
Just a quick note here... The previous site admins here at mp3car didn't have a lot of experience with Linux/Apache/PHP, so there was never much done in the way of customization. I've been using PHP for a while (since version 2.0) so I'll be able to implement things like this when I get the time. If you can send me diffs/patches, I'd be glad to consider them for inclusion.

Unfortunately I dont have any patches or diffs, I volunteered to code this out of scratch, but since youre now aboard I guess you can take care of it
