Just a quick note here... There are no blacklists that prevent anyone from accessing the mp3car.com home page. If you cannot access the home page, then either:

1. the server is down and no one can access anything anywhere on the site

or

2. there is a network issue at your end (i.e. your ISP has routing issues or your office administrator has noticed lots of accesses to mp3car.com, decided this is not a work-apropriate site, and blocked all access to the site.)
