i've noticed u've been intermittantly up & down for the last couple of days

my ebay usage has gone right up!

.... there haven't been any outages. Only the one tonight for the maintenance.

which is roughly 4am EST which is when the maintenance was taking place

I've had a couple of occasions where it says it can't find the server. This afternoon around 3pm EST or so.
