I'm subscribed to a bunch of threads and get notices when they're added to. But I'd also like to just keep up on new posts that happen in selected forums here. I see a "View posts since last visit" on some phpbb forums, could something like that be implemented here?

Yeah, that's good for each forum, but I'm interested in quite a few forums and so I'd like a summary listing of from all the selected forums in one place.
