Opening a thread tries to log me into somewhere?

I just clicked on this thread and when it opens, a message also pops up to log into some network. This doesn't look like a good thing to me. It happens every time I open the thread.

yeah, and I reached the end of the internet once, too. They sell interweb splicers there if you need them. Mine aren't broken. Must be yours.

OK. My real question is should I be concerned at all about this? Should forum moderators or administrators? I have been using forums like mp3car.com for several years and have never seen this type of thing.
