Cant edit post

This is lame. I can't even change the pictures of my car in my worklog thread.

I dont think this is good at all.

ditto this... can't update member meet posts where we list all the attendes, changes in info, etc.. just keep adding post on top of post, making it even more confusing.

Until Ziplock changes this back, says he won't change it back or says otherwise I can update peoples software/skin threads if they want to PM me the updates.

there is NO WAY this can be a good thing across the board... I can see the benifit in preventing someone from going back & changing what they said, & the problems that can cause, but it is FAR outweighed by the drawbacks this brings...

ahhh, I can't update the pics in my show off thread.

Lets see how longs it takes them to listen to us. For my experience, everything I have asked to be changed has never happened.

Thats one thing that annoys me about this forums. Zip lock needs to be more active on this forum or assign an admin that is, like frodo.

That is to prevent messages to be edited to the point where the rest of the thread is out of context.

Not sure I understand this... who would want to edit their post to be out of context? Who does that? Has this been a problem or something?

Also want to know how this rule was set without a poll or even top members/developers/skinners even knowing about it??
