I have been lurking for a while now and I am about to buy my first car. I live 10 minutes down the road so I will definitely be there as long as I can get off work.

chev2500hd- sorry it works out that you're drilling that weekend, but thanks for serving.
    (ex-military myself)

No real need to be a "regular" here I'd say- I'm not really, for one, and I am going to be there.

As for how to find folks...
Not so sure since I don't really know that parking lot too well, but I would say to look for some people hanging out around cars with doors/windows/trunks open looking at stuff for one thing.
My car is a silver Subaru WRX 5-door to help ID the meet.

If there is a corner of the lot that gets less use, that would make it easier to find everyone.

Damnit... I'm going to New Orleans for a humanitarian trip for school. I leave Friday the 17th and come back 8 days later. Looks like I'm going to miss out on this one.

Hey guys, I'd be there 100% but I'll be in midwest until at least 25th of April. So next meet I shall definitely be there then.

With the new car and original carputer sold, I have been using iphone mostly and now android g1 phone. But cheapness of so-called netbooks is prompting me in doing something with that.

Hope you have a larger meet than last one I went (2 people )

Not yet, that I am aware of.

But now would probably be a good time to start organizing one.

This weekend was on a fairly short notice, and that makes it tough for folks to fit in to schedules sometimes..

Organizing one for May or even June NOW gives plenty of time to set things up.
