I am definitely not going to be able to make it, unfortunately.
We should start planning one with some LEAD TIME right after this one.

I'm still coming. It looks like it might rain later in the day so I propose that we do what we can outside, and then move inside for drinks/food and talk if it starts getting to wet out. Do we know approximately how many are coming?
