yea i guess i've done a terrible job organizing this year. Cant believe its already may.

We can schedule a meet but May is crazy busy for me travel wise. Aside from this weekend i'll be travelling pretty much every weekend the rest of the month.

Also, Turkey Run was scheduled for some construction this spring. Not sure it affects where we normally meet and I'm not close enough to drive there, but it could be a factor in meeting there. Perhaps instead of the park we can meet at a Buffalo Wild Wings or Hooters or something, do a small parking lot meet and go have some wings!

Let me know when you'd like to meet up and i'll see what i can do.

I think meeting at BWW would be a good idea. A bit more expensive, but a LOT less logistically challenging than having burgers at the park. It would also be a bit more family friendly than Hooters for those of us who want to bring family.

I'm out of town until the 5th, and supposed to be buying a house the following weekend, so I may or may not be available to drive down there for a meetup.

Something came up and won't be available for the weekend of the 19th. As far as location goes, I don't mind as long as it is family oriented as I also may bring the kids. I also suggest that since mp3car headquarters is in Baltimore, some of their employees/members/moderators who live in the area should set the example by going to some of these meets. I'm not saying that they should go to each and everyone, but their precense might encourage others to go as well. Just a thought.

Do we have to get permission from the parking lot owners to "showcase" our cars? does local police have to know? in this police state, gatherings of more than three could be dangerous to ones health... lol... just kidding... Which "buffalo wings" are you talking about? Obviously there are more than one, since I know there is one on Rt 610 in Stafford...

typically you just need to get pre-approval with whatever restaurant you want to have a meet hosted at. I've never had a problem with this before.

So I am available Saturday May 26th. Would anyone like to meet up then? Location is still up in the air, but i'm cool with doing it in Baltimore or in that area if that's the preferred choice. Who's available on the 26th and where would you like to meet?

How about doing it in Springfield? some major intersection of I-95, I-395, I-495 - so, we could meet at Springfield Mall parking lot... Or, any other place for that matter of fact.

Can do Springfield Mall. I was just there saturday. How depressing has that place become lol.
