STL Arch Reactor hackerspace is a great idea. I'll start researching their web presence and see what I can come up with.

So I spoke with the peeps at the Arch Reactor. I finally got to go! Anyways, they are awesome some pretty awesome people. Great networking opportunities, too. They are interested in the mp3car group meeting there. They have their own parking lot, which is technically shared, but they ask when it would be available for multiple car use. In other words, we can easily work that out. The Reactor itself already house a good deal of fabrication equipment, and they working on getting a lot more.

Also, I know it's kinda late, but they are having an Open House tomorrow between 3pm and 12am. Here is the Craigslist ad:

I was working on becoming a full member at the arch reactor so that I could get our meeting moved there, but then family life caught up real fast with me. I won't be able to do much on that front until I get back in country in June.

I might take another drive down this season, would be nice if it were a dash closer than 3.x hrs though...

Thanks Ryan, I wouldnt mind just coming out to chat it up but its a 5.5hr drive for me so I would prefer to have something to show off. On a positive note the iPad is about 50% installed

Sounds good to me except I have very busy weekends for the next few months. Maybe with more Chi interest would could do one in Springfield or somewhere more central.
