I would really like to see everyones setup. I came across this site from a link. I don't have a carputer....but I am going to start soon. I have all the computer parts, I guess I'm lacking a screen, dc-dc p/s, and some form of interface to the car stereo. I'm north of Canton and would like to attend the meet. I just saw THIS and I was hooked.

OK guys (and girls). Let's try this one more time. I'm open for June 26th although it sounds like there are several conflicts with other folks schedules. My only other option is later in July (we're gone 10th thru 17th). How does July 24th sound? Other than that, I'm out until mid August.
If we can nail down a date, we should also consider where we want to meet. I've never done this before. What type of location would make a good meeting point? Some ideas to consider: The Varsity (Atlanta) parking lot (good greasy food nearby), some mall (Town Center?) parking lot (hot, sweaty, food/drink within short walk), some restaurant (Ryan's, Cracker Barrel) parking lot, college campus (GaTech, Kennesaw).... any ideas? What have others done at meets, and where?
I'll try to help ramrod this thing if you guys want to provide the ideas and inspiration..........

I think the Varsity is a good central meeting point. I've met up with TechM3 there before to buy some stuff that he was selling. We could meet on the upper deck, plenty of room up there. The 26th is more than likely booked for me. So many family things going on that day.
I'm for the July meet.
