Dang, missed this whole thread. I'm willing to give it a go but I say August 28th. That way the people who need a little bit more time will have it to get their stuff together. The later date also allows those of us who are on vacation or home from school to show up.
Post yes if the 28th of August works for you.

Let me elaborate if my point wasn't clear... I will be there "whenever" as i am not partial to a date. So YES i will be there on the 28th if that's what we all decide. I have a lot of PTO that i could use even if it is a week day because i would like to get together with all of you, see your setups and have a BBQ.

Well, my trip to Illinois was pushed back a week, so I'm pretty down for the 7th, but I won't be here on the 28th.
There's always going to be someone who needs more time to get their stuff in. NUIpIsqo picked the date and locale, and I'll quote from his profile: "I have no skills, nor equipment..." I mean, my ****'s IN, but that doesn't mean the whole project's DONE. (like when my dad asks if I'm done yet... "It'll NEVER be done!")
Hey, it's more than a week off... hit up eBay and bust out those crimpers... you can get it done.
