I hope I can make the 28th, but I haven't followed the whole thread. Please re-post the where, when and hows. Where exactly is Fuddruckers?

I figure we will probably get 10 guys or so show up. No more than 20. I am going to bring tritips. You guys figure what else you want to eat. I would like to have corn on the cob and maybe potato salad but you guys all take care of that. I will bring the beef. I will probably bring some teriaky marinated chicken too incase we get more people.

But we need to repost in the begining post the date... the time... and the place for starters. I'll let you pick the place. I know some great spots if you all want to take a trip to Santa Cruz but i figure most wont so SJ is cool.

So, from what i am reading we are still wavering between 7th and 28th. Either date will work for me. I want to sell me car soon though, now it looks like I have to keep the ***** for an additional month..but thats okay.

Also I don't know about buy a whole lot of food in advance. What if some poeple that say they will show don't end up showing. And where are we getting a BBQ grill from, that stuff is a pain in the *** to move...if one of us has to bring it.

Also Santa Cruz is a little far...how about we stay in San Jose...what about even moving it a little north, some park in San Mateo os something....or what about Golden Gate Park? hmmmmmm..??!??!?

It's on the 28th, that's been decided. As for location there is a park that is next to the San Jose Earthquake stadium that has BBQ's, Picnic Tables and an acre or two of parking. Plus Costco is less then a mile away so we can do a meat run once we figure out who showed up.

The name of the place is Kelly Park, it's a couple of miles south of downtown San Jose. Like I said, it's the perfect location with plenty of room and close to Costco.

Remember i gots to drive too. Golden gate would be way to long.... lets keep it in San Jose. It is central.

If we find a public park that is nice we can use the grills there. We just need to bring some coals and the meat. If people don't show people can take the extra's home for lunch or whatever. Food gets eaten i am not worried about that and i am not worried about cost i just want to have some friggen tritips with my fellow MP3car peoples! So the next thing to decide is the place.... anyone know any nice shady green parks in San Jose that we could meet at?

So Kelly Park it is NUIpIsqo? Works for me, I think you guys will like it. I'm going to be in the bay area on Sunday so I'll go check the place out and make sure they don't charge an entrance fee or anything (last time I was there they didn't but just want to be on the safe side...)
