After reading over the thread again there appears to be a few people not to far so it's not as illogical as I thought. I think a BBQ would be great if it's not that cold out and if BND wouldn't mind breaking it out again. A parking lot wouldn't be a great solution for that though. We may not get bothered for just hanging out in a large parking lot but I think if we start throwing some burgers on the grill we may have some issues with the stores there. I don't know the area that well so I can't suggest parks. I do suggest that dorgan scouts some parks with ample parking since he's obviously closest to that area. I'd be willing to go scouting with dorgan if he wants. LMK

"belmont" park is the closest park and can handle anything, we could probably also meet there even if it isnt a barbequeue, its a large parking lot.

If this park is decided on as the location, it is called "Be1mont Lake State Park" in North Babylon. Mapquest lists it as Babylon, but iG lists it in North Babylon. For those using destinator or other apps, try Babylon if it doesn't find it in North Babylon.

Also, not a big rush, but we might as well set a general time. Say around 1-2pm, so people driving from a distance don't have to be up at ungodly hours (<12pm for Alti... and me ) on a Sunday.

Dorgan, that park seems as good as any to have the meet, so you may want to edit your first post with the date and location.

took me a while to get that too, by posting to the thread it gets bumped to the top in it's catagory.... if you just want to pop it to the top without adding you just "bump" it

bump x2 either 2nd bump or double bump....
