Thread: NY Meet - October 30, 2005 (BBQ if weather permits)

This is an update for the original thread for this meet. The location has since changed but the OP has not been around to update. Here is the new info:

Location: Eisenhower Park in East Meadow
This is off of the Meadowbrook Parkway which you can get to via the Long Island Expressway (I495), Northern State Parkway and Southern State Parkway. It has plenty of parking and areas for the BBQ.

Parking lot: The lot by the baseball fields
This is located on the left side if you are coming from Hempstead Tpke. There are breaks along the road after every lot so just make a u-turn right after you pass the lot. If you can't find us, just look for the light that looks like a movie premiere.... it'll be coming from turbocad's liquid-cooled screen. I'll be sure he turns it up so it's easy for you guys to find us

Time: 2 pm

Costumes: Optional for guys, but all girls must dress as naughty nurses or cheerleaders Any men dressed as such are forbidden j/k

There will be a BBQ (weather permitting) with plenty of burgers, drinks, snacks. If anyone wants to nominate to bring something, feel free and I'll add it here. Still need buns, cheese, plates and napkins as far as I know.
