I live in toronto and was wondering if anyone here was willing to help out with the install, i have everything complete but for some reason im not getting sound output and its killing me. I have stayed up 2 full nights

What are you running for hardware? I'd be more that willing to help out, but I don't really wanna drive too far. Money's been rather tight lately. If you were willing to drive up to Barrie i'd give you a hand for sure

Greetings fellow Canadians;

Just thought that I would add my voice to all this talk of meets and such....

I'm out in the Toronto suburbs, Mississauga/Oakville boarder area. Just found this site and am currently collecting all the gear to get my carpc up and running. I don't really remember what possessed me to start looking for all this stuff.... but that doesn't matter now does it?

I'm willing to drive to a meet if we can decide on a location. I do a lot of driving professionally so nothing is really all that far for me. I would rather stay in the 416/905 area. No offence to those in Barrie and Keswick.

CarPC isn't installed yet, but I'd bring it in a box on my passenger seat!

I'm from Ottawa, Ontario, and travel to Sudbury, Ontario all too often. I might even be up for a weekend meetup deallio in Tdot like many people are suggesting. I spotted a few folks from MTL saying they don't have a car PC yet. We could maybe carpool with someone who has one, unless you wanna bring your ride for some input and ideas...

We could plan a night out or something, maybe go for a drink, or hit up a bar or something, go karts are always fun, and since (im assuming) we all drive, it'd be a blast,you know... A weekend of fun and whatnot. If you need someone to organize this, I'm sure I can volunteer for it.

I'm in the Gatineau/Ottawa region (Aylmer!). Just finished my install in my car (not fully posted yet on my thread. :P). Anytime for me if anyone wanna meet up.

FC3S: I got an idea for ya! Video conference! We just need to find a hotspot or an unprotected open wireless Internet network, connect to it and with one or more cameras (and extensions) see pretty much the stuff.
