So I guess there aren't ever any meets in Louisiana. Just wondering.

Its hard to find people here in the dirty south. I think there is me and another guy from MS on here

I'm just gettin into this stuff. My summer will be spent in Montgomery, AL, but I'll be back in MS come fall.

Slidell here. From what I can see so far in this thread, Slidell would probably be a happy medium for everyone to meet in. Baton Rouge is an hour away. Most places in the gulf south area of MS are about an hour away. Depending on where you are in New Orleans, it's about an hour away or less. I'll start looking for somewhere to meet...

I might be persuaded to trek to a meet in LA....

And where might you be residing Mr. Darque? I'd be VERY interested to see a completed project in person, especially since I'm still in my planning stage.
