Chicago Meet 2007

Yea Yea Yea the P.C. is missing But so was the processor controller for my dsp-6 sound processor. But the new computer is coming along nicely just waiting on the the Hdd that was already ordered, and I still need 2 M2atx power supplys and still undecided if I want a transreflective screen. But in the dash is an alpine Iva-d310 monitor that was only 1 mo old when I put the first P.C. in so when the HDD died I needed something and this was there to fall back on.

But its ok cause Im still representing

Also repin the audio.

Thanks GizmoQ. My setup is finally getting cleaned up so it will be more picture friendly anyway.

. I just finished connecting my stock volume knob to the computer this weekend and once I get my turn off timing setup, I should have the software audio processing running for this upcoming meet. Plus, I got my new midbasses installed, raammat deadening in the doors, and new midranges installed...lots of tuning going on right now.

i totally need to get off my *** and install my cross-overs and tweeters. hopefully i'll do that this weekend

Man I gotta see this. As well I should have a working P.C. back in as well. Check the worklog. Ive been busy buying, assembling, configing, installing software. Been so busy infact that my sound processor came back on the 27th of march and havent had time to throw it in. I must admitt though, I did steal some of Jasons ideas such as Glovebox, mount as well as I gotta get the same keyboard cause it kicks ***. (sorry Jason). I also have a suprise for you guys at the meet.

hi im new here, still deciding on weither or not i want a car pc and i think the best idea is meeting you guys and checking out what they do. so just wanna say hi and im going to try to make the meet, how late do they go im working till 3 at the latest but it could be earlier since its just inventory work

Hey ceiph and welcome. The meets always go until they kick us out. I guaranty you'll want one after seeing some of these in action.

Hey welcome! I agree once you see the posibilities are endless you'll want one. stop on by we will be happy to show what the upside to having a P.C. in the car is.

I will have a half working p.c. in the car this meet. I ran into some problems with the install. First found out there is moisture under the filler used in my bezel (kinda cool when it blows bubbles). Second I had to notch the rear cover on my touchscreen to allow my wires to clear (tview monitors have the wires out the bottom for thoes that didnt know). I wasnt paying attention when sawing and the usb touch control wire was under the cover and got shread up, Im going to try to call tview to see if they will sell me one. and last I was having issues with the second powersupply powering up and searched to find out that I had the connect the greenpowersupply on and a ground wire to the primary supply, well I had to drill a hole to route the wires through and the plexi broke. So I guess saturday the 14th wasnt a great day. Now in this instal I have blood and tears just missing the sweat (it will probably be so hat when I get around to fixing everything that the sweat will come

Wow, sounds like you just couldn't catch a break. I didn't have any problems doing anything to my system this weekend because i didn't do anything to my system this weekend. Woo for being a bum.

yea yea I just need to map some functions to my old *** keyboard as newegg is out of stock on the scorpius p-20s and since dynamix wont have the cable I need for the touch screen untill monday then they will ship it to me. But today I did vinyl the piece of wood in the hatch.
