Seems like any time I try to use CD or DVD media Streetdeck hangs for 5 mins then crashes. Windows seems fine after the crash and SD will launch again most of the time but in two days I've had to perform nearly a dozen hard resets. Navigation has also hung several times in the same way. I'm hoping there are patches on the way???
Other then that I love the unit... The sound is VG and the unit is well built. I'm pretty impressed...
btw is there any way to change the SD keys to QWERTY?

And do you think your retort will assist anyone in getting the problem resolved?
I wholly understand that you're frustrated by this issue. But you've reported the issue. Let the devs investigate the probelm and fix it.
It's one thing to follow up, but it's another to make smart-assed comments.
And do you think Apple would have a good reputation if they started calling their customers wise-asses.
