i read the whole post but it does not say if the infill comes with the front end or if you have to find your own.

It is INFILL's "front end", not a 3rd party software like StreetDeck or RR. If you are buying the G4 elsewhere and they do not configure the software (as they have here) and it isn't a barebone G4 without a harddrive etc this is what you'll be looking at. Hope that helps.
