Ai10: controller for Apline AiNet

Let me introduce my controller for different AiNet peripherals called Ai10. Initially is has been developed to let my other in-car controller to adjust major settings of Alpine PXA-H701 processor. However I tried to keep the board and firmware quite flexible for different hardware setups. Ai10 is controlled over RS232 (COM) or UART serial interfaces. It also could be connected to modern PCs thru various USB->COM adapters.
Ai10 allows to monitor AiNet bus and send any packets to AiNet. Current firmware also has built-in commands for major PXA-H700/701 or MRA-F350 settings (volume/balance/fader/sub. kevel/input select) and AiNet CD Changers controls (change disk/track, play/pause).

Would this allow allow me to use a MRA-F350 with a carpc? I'm wanting to use the optical out on my computer, but I can't seem to find a straight answer on this. That amp has the 17 band EQ that is controlled by the compatible headunits which also tell it when to turn on (no remote wire).

MRA-F350 is supported as mentioned here:

Ai10 would allow you to turn this amp on/off, set the volume and change the inputs. 17 band EQ is not supported yet, but you could borrow the HU to set up and store it.

Does it possible to command the AINet interface by a RideRunner plugin in VB.NET . If yes what is my needs !

probably a little late on this and not quie understanding it all. but is anything still available from you? like boards, schematics, ect. so i can get a printed board and parts from digikey and make a controller. Id love to be able to control the 701 through your controller and a usb connection.
