WRX frame. Doesnt fit everycar, but some have claimed it worked with their non-subaru cars.
Or the true double din screen which is only 6.5" with built in usb dvd drive from Armen at digitalww.
I don't know if I was mistaken or if I saw it on another site; but I swore I saw a 7" Lilliput touch-screen that came with a double-din adapter mounting plate. I don't see it in the store so I am wondering if you have it, ever had it, or know where I can get one (or at least the adapter). Thanks for your help.

Thanks. I have read good and bad reviews about this unit so I am skeptical. Also, the Lilliput I remember seeing had sets of plastic brackets to fit into the slot.

Yes. The Subaru kit is a metal type frame insert - yes? And the other item is the DWW-6500 Double Din LCD HeadUnit. The HU is the one that I am skeptical about. But, if it did work well, it would be a great way to start because I can just mount my second laptop in my tacoma and have an instant carputer without too much work. I know this forum is mostly for people who enjoy doing the work but I just want the end product.
isn't that the same exact unit as the "Double DIN head unit with a VGA Touch screen monitor" model sold in the MP3car.com store???
Here is the link to the WRX kit:

The page you linked is now blank, and it is blank when you navigate to it from the main menu as well.
Are these still available? I seem to remember the manufacturer had a website as well, but I can't find it.
Unfortunately, at the moment they are not available. We are hoping to get more of these in. Stay tuned.
thanks
