I made the order nº 21681 (Mp3Car TRANS 7” VGA transflective sunlight readable monitor - Product Code: MON-010 - http://store.mp3car.com/Mp3Car_TRANS..._p/mon-010.htm) last May 29, 2007. On 01-06-2007 (I think), I made the Wire Transfer to Mp3Car.com
On 10-06-2007 Order Status = Pending.
On 11-06-2007 I send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org demanding to confirm my Wire Transfer, but no answer from Mp3Car (only receive the automatic reply: “This e-mail is to confirm that we've received your inquiry. A member of our staff will review your questions as soon as possible.” – Ticket#1640922.
On 20-06-2007 I send another mail to email@example.com, but no answer again (only receive the automatic reply – Ticket#3312988).
Now, in my Mp3Car Store account, I cannot see my order nº 21681 when I choose “Review orders / track packages” option. Since 2 or 3 days ago the order is no more visible on the Mp3Car Store site!
Can someone explain to me what is going on? Someone with similar problem? :confused:

I've heard you need to add them to your whitelist in order to receive emails from them. I think they get blocked a lot. Another thing you could do is call sometime.
they really need to start confiming they have received payment, I had to ask them to get confirmation of payment.
The accounting team is looking into this. Please add mp3car.com to your white list. We will be in touch with you on Monday.

I am also checking with my ISP how to configure the white list in my webmail, because I think there no way to configure a white list in this webmail!
My ISP just confirm that my webmail d’ont have the white list option yet. Mails received are only marked with additional text “[PROBABLY SPAM]” on the subject, but they are not deleted. So, I am receiving e visualizing all mails that are send to email@example.com.
I received another reply from Mp3Car Staff explaining the situation. Now everything is normal. Order is visible again on the Mp3Car Store site and status is shipped.
