I actually thought I'd be posting a complaint in this forum, but far from it. Here's what happened...

I ordered their 2000 Watt amp installation kit. Instead, what showed up at my door was a 200 Watt amp installation kit. Just one zero missing, it won't burn up my car, right?

Anywho, emailed them back... was seriously bummed because I wanted to work on the install this weekend.

Well, they just wrote back and have overnighted for Saturday delivery the right kit. I still get to work on it this weekend!

Now THAT'S customer service folks!
