They have fair prices![]()
If you feel that our pricing is not fair, please let us know.
Now if you're comparing to eBay it's a different story.

I have found better prices everywhere else but here. Give me a break...
Welp, if you're not willing to make constructive comments, we can't put much weight into it.

well, he has a point.
But let me expand on that:
While I've yet to buy anything from the store, I've always gotten prompt and polite responses from them.
However, prices are on the high side for some items (screens for example, and not the transflective). I bought my eby701 off ebay (yeah yeah, I know I know) for 170 bucks. Unfortunatley the store can't compete with that and I've been lucky enough not to have problems with the unit.
But I keep in mind that many of these items cannot be purchased elsewhere (no, they're not trying to screw you) and are also made in low volume specifically for the store, driving costs up. Just the way it is.
Throw in warantee, customer service, etc, and the store isn't that bad.
Sure, you can save a couple bucks on ebay or the like, but you're usually talking 10-20 bucks and then you're most likely stuck with it if it's broken when you get it.
Not saving much if you have to go out and buy another one............
Personally, I don't mind paying a "little" extra for some peace of mind. When the time comes, I'll probably purchase from the store.

heres my experience with the store.
in late March, i ordered the 7" transflective and an Opus 250W PSU. i hadnt gotten any word on when it was going to ship (that i can remember seeing..lots of spam on my email)...i emailed Matt and told him in knew the screen was gonna take forever, but could he send the PSU cause i wanted everything ready to go when the screen got here. he shipped it right away, no questions asked and at no extra charge for the extra shipping. when the screens said they were in on the webpage, i didnt receive any notification that my screen was shipped. i waited a few days, and still nothing. so i sent an email and lo and behold, they got back to me either the same day or the next, and my package was on its way.
When everything finally arrived, i started to put everything in (i know, i failed to find time to put it in before the screen arived). It wasnt until then that i noticed the Opus working correctly. so i got an RMA for that, and then to top it off (and im glad i waited a few days to send it off) i brought the screen inside to do the "auto-turn-on" thing through the remote control of the Lilli...well...the screen wouldnt calibrate (it had been sitting in my dash for maybe 2 weeks without being powered on, and it was only turned on maybe 10 times before then, and constantly needed recalibrated)...so now the bottom left part of the screen wouldnt calibrate at all. i called MP3CAR and even though i had torn apart the casing of the screen and voided all warranties, I was told to send that back as well and they will take a look at it for me.
I dont know about you, but MP3CAR is the best company i have ever dealt with as far as customer service goes.
Im not going to mention prices...because you get what you pay for (quality products, and if it doesnt work, quality customer service to fix it)....
Thank you MP3CAR....

i also have to vouch for mp3car having great customer service. i bought an m2atx, and i couldn't get it to work with my setup, so i called to see if they could help me out over the phone, they tried, but i ended up having to send it back. they tested it and said it worked for them, but they still let me get a refund and put that toward an opus 250 (which works perfectly). as others have said about the prices, they may be a little on the high side, but not enough to bug me, and the customer service is second to none in my opinion.
thanks mp3car![]()
Everything in the store is overpriced, especially the screens, power supplies, you name it. It seems that everyone else that like the prices is because you got into trouble because you didn't know what the hell you were doing and they bailed you out.
