Expand Options generales
Select Liste de repertoires
Type in a name in Nom du raccourd (i.e. Music, MP3, Video)
Click the ... next to Chemin du repertoire
Navigate to where your "media" directory
Click Ajouter
Under Menu click enregister
Under Menu click quitter

You should be able to open neocar and play around with it

and that just happens to be the day the developer gets out of army training
