i get tons of errors when trying to watch my music videos, like run time 9, script out of range.

After placing vb6fr.dll in system32 map, install went ok. If I want to start Neocar Manager, I get following error , even after rebooting the machine. Will search for MsComCtl.ocx on another machine where v065 is installed, add it to my system32 map and try again.
EDIT :
After adding and trying again, I got a message about gdiplus.dll missing. Added again to my system32 folder and now NM opens.

When using version 07 with an older skin, it just shows the white square instead of the program...

Is the .net framework installed? Don't know if it's needed, but the mscom blabla .dll sounds familiar...

Hi,

My first Try for Neocar...

When I run the installer I get this error:

The Language DLL 'vb6fr.dll' could not be found.

FYI I am using a English Windows XP version.

Cheers and keep up the GOOD work....

Update: Found the missing .dll works again ..

Yes, all updates from MS are done. .NET is one of them. I installed them ALL deliberately, because of a previous thread of v065 with problems on installing. I wanted to test this with a "naked" Windows version, just to discover which files probably best could be inserted in the install of NMC. Anyway, thank for the reply JC. All help is welcome, that's why forums exist don't they?

That's what they are for, that's true

I think you need some parts of the vb6 runtime environment or something then... I'm testing on an XP SP2 with nearly all patches atm, runs fine.

Hey Netsuo, is this app vb6 or .NET ?

This is amazing... Just there is an old bug... in NM, when you go under external apps, and click on Application List it always crashes... it did this in the old demo...
