Check out this one for my car pc installation
1991 Toyota Celica GT Coupe
Ya know... it never ceases to amaze me how someone can take the time to point out STFFrather than just telling where the information can be found. I am no n00b dood!!!!!. I went the web site for the person who posted the BMW pic for his car. He (she???) did a great job and I'd like to know what they used and how they did it. Unfortunately, There wasn't alot of information about what they did or used. Mostly just pics. I've been all over e46fanatics... same there. Anyhoo... if you know... just say... please don't tell me to search... OKAY... your help is very much appreciated. Scorn on the other hand.... guess what I am thinking....

You are a noob dood.... look at the way you talk! Even I remember there was a thread that detailed HOW TO DO IT in the SHOW YOUR PROJECT area... go there and search noob!
You will be called noob if you remain with this attitude! ahahhaha
There is no use in you jacking this thread, if you really wanted to ask something detailed you should have just PMd him... just go away with your bad attitude!
You ungreatful b*stard! I don't have the time to sit here and trawl through search results for you when I am not the one who needs the info. Go do it yourself and stop being a lazy sod. While you are searching you may actually pick up some other useful stuff. that is how the rest of us learn.Originally Posted by BMVEE

That guy really ****ed me off! There are soem seriously ungrateful and stoopid people attempting to put PCs in cars and it is scary that a) they are doing it and b) people like us are helping them.

Wow.... Did you actually read my original post and response to yours? First, in order for me to be greatful to you for posting your reply, you would have had to done something to be deserving of my gratitude! I don't remember asking you to "trawl" through previous posts on my behalf. I am not a lazy (I did research prior to posting) you self-righteous, pompous ***!Originally Posted by Scouse Monkey
My question was very simple "Where did you get the trim for your 3 series???" (the question, BTW, was not directed at you). Seems pretty innocent to me. Not something that anyone other than Febsperanza himself would know (or are do we all possess advanced telepathy?). Further, my question was asked in the forums for benefit of others who, likewise, are equally interested in the fine work displayed in his post and might be interested in obtaining such an item for their own installation.
My point is, don't assume that I hadn't already searched for the information. My question seemed reasonable given that this was Febsperanza's post of something he had installed in HIS car. I wasn't interested in anything else. I have poured through countless messages and forums since getting the carputer bug, and assuming that I had not, really ****ed me off. Even though I am a n00b to this particular hobby, I am not inexperienced, and I do have the ability to READ. When, however, the information I seek is very specific, I will have to ask questions. I just don't appreciate being told to search just because you assume I haven't. Who appointed you the Forum Police?
There are many who simply don't ask questions, because they're shy to begin with and afraid of a response like yours. The only truly stupid question is the one that is never asked!
RoyN and Nin... shame on you both, This is between Me and Scouse. He can clearly defend himself.
Scouse... I'll admit, I overreacted to your telling me to search... and for that I apologize. However, should you ever notice a post from me anywhere else, please feel free NOT to help. I'd VERY much appreciate it! For any one reading this nonsense, If you took the time to read it, I'm sorry you've wasted your time. For the rest of this nonsense however....
Nin... I agree with you... I'd love it if the forum mods just removed the garbage since Scouse's post. BTW... I had a 94 Probe GT... I absolutely loved it!... I live in Canada... we have tons of room here... plenty of space for others to avoid me while I play with my carputer and drive... I just wish I had a Hummer
PS... sorry... I gotta ask... what is a Scouse Monkey? Definately a unique moniker..
EDIT: If you're still not convinced... read this post Iguidance 2.0
Ok...fire away, but remember this... arguing in the forums is just like the special olympics... no matter who wins, Your're still retarded.![]()
