For the setup in the first post? Well, it isn't really a complete setup, but you can get that MB for $130 and memory for $20 at Newegg. That CPU isn't available any more. They have a Sempron 2.7 GHz single core, 45 Watt, for $37. So the most I would pay would be $187 (USD).

If I can get it for <$100 should I go for it or is there better for that price?

For <$100 including shipping is a great price if new, with warranty. If you're getting it used, with no warranty, then the price is still good, but not great.

Got it for $117.50. I feel that's still a good deal. All new stuff, all full warrenty.

Would a 2.5" SATA SDD work with this mobo? Specifically a '2.5" 64GB MLC SSD DISK SATA'

I'm using a 16GB Super Talent SSD with one of mine, so I would say yes it should work.
