I have two of those motherboards. I like them a lot. I have problems with a particular USB device on one of the motherboards with Windows. Same device on another motherboard of the same model under Linux works fine. The Windows one is also using an M2-ATX, and the Linux one a desktop PSU. As for the CPU, I assume you're recycling it from an older system? If so, fine. Otherwise, if you're buying it, you can get an Athlon II 2.8 GHz dual-core for $63.
